Fire Destroys Church

Fire Destroys Pomaria Church, South Carolina

Saint Paul Lutheran Church:
The congregation at St. Paul Lutheran dates back to 1761, although this particular building had been their fourth in their history. The church’s website says the current sanctuary was about 71 years old.

Here are my photos of the church after the fire.

Here's a link about the fire

Very sad to see this. A ghostly reminder of what was there. Beautiful stone walls.

Hurts my heart to see this old treasure destroyed by fire like this. I'll bet the community is devastated. Your photos really tell the story of loss.
